Staff accounts are tied to a Google identity your institution controls. An account is linked to one Google identity the first time it signs in, and that link cannot be changed by signing in with a different one — not even from the same email address.

For your progress view across assessments. One-time, expires in fifteen minutes, no password. Faculty and program staff cannot sign in this way.
Why there is no password
A password on a phone-first tool used a handful of times a month is a password that gets reused or written down. Staff access rides on an identity the institution already administers and can revoke; a resident’s one-time link cannot be reused, cannot be phished off a sticky note, and leaves an audit record when it is used.
